OSKAR VEIL

Oskar has played every room between Neukölln basements and twelve-hour Sunday closings, and his Midnight Signal broadcasts carry that endurance. Repetition is the point: loops that shift a few degrees every eight bars until the whole thing has quietly changed shape.

He runs the small cassette label Halbton and still cuts dubplates for the records he can't find anywhere else.
